The Swedish singer-songwriter Thomas Jonsson returns with new album Glue (March 3rd 2023 via Fading 
Trails Recordings), his fifth full-length as I'm Kingfisher and his best yet, again working with producer Carl 
Edlom. Marrying the intimate sound of 2020's Manifest Awarded The Past Has Begun to a more experimental,
sunny, even jazzy outlook with the help of Tom Waits collaborator Bebe Risenfors, Vilma Flood, Irish folk
sensation Niamh Regan, Martin Hederos and more, Jonsson shows just why he's been regarded as a hidden
treasure of Scandinavian indie folk for years now, while still getting the attention of the likes of NPR, Uncut,
KEXP and Clash internationally.

Earlier 2022 he released the sparkling americana pop song "The Pain of Happiness", written exclusively for
the award winning youth movie "Comedy Queen". The song ended up on rotation on Swedish national radio
all spring and the movie soundtrack is currently nominated for the official Swedish movie award Guldbaggen.

by Mats Bjorke at Lab259, Stockholm. Bebe Risenfors recorded 
himself at Sounds & Music, Beddinge. Anna-Stina Jungerstam 
was recorded by Johan Forslund at Tolo Verkstad, Helsinki. 
Roger Gustafsson recorded himself and Vilma Flood at Steel-fabriken, Stockholm. Niamh Regan, Maria Larsson, Sam Florian 
and Henrik Meierkord recorded at their home studios in Dublin, 
Arjang and Stockholm. Mastered by Magnus Lindberg at
